PARTS ORDERS - PICK-UP & DELIVERIES
1. Call Parts direct line at 519-631-7969 to place your order. Our preferred service will be parts pick-up and we will accommodate deliveries as needed.
2. We will call you when your order is ready for pickup. Please park outside the parts delivery door on the south (Edward St) entrance and when you arrive call us we will meet you outside with your parts.
3. You are also welcome to visit our parts counter by appointment to place an order or pick up your parts after entering through our front showroom doors and completing our COVID-19 visitor survey.
4. If you require delivery, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please call us to make arrangements to schedule a delivery time.
✅ To ensure the safety of everyone we will be operating with controlled entry into our facility. We request that all customers requiring parts assistance meet the Health Canada screening criteria and follow the requirements for personal hygiene and the 2 metre social distance protocol.

Sales Mon-Thurs: 9-8 and Fri-Sat 9-6
Service & Parts: Mon-Fri 7:30-5:30, Sat 8 -1
Collision Centre: Mon-Fri 7:30-5:00
